Skirt pulled up

I suppose it depends how tight the skirt is. My skirts tend to be short and tight, but if the fabric is stretchy, I pull it up. If the fabric has no stretch thing a business suit , then I unzip and pull down. I wear skirts a lot personally, I find them much more comfortable than pants and I always pull them up. I always do short skirt down long skirt up. Its habit to pull down, but i am weird about my skirt touching the bathroom floor if its long.

She has been getting bullied. They ridicule her for her hair, religion, etc. She went to the school but felt the school administration was being evasive. A Title IX investigation is underway.

It has now emerged that, during that execution, prison officials subjected female reporters who came as witnesses to the proceeding to a clothing inspection, attempting to bar one woman from the death chamber on grounds that her skirt was too short. The paradox that the state went to such lengths to uphold what it regards as propriety in clothing even as it prepared to kill a man appears to have been lost on the department of corrections. Officials also subjected an Associated Press reporter, Kim Chandler, to a full-body inspection, making her stand to have the length of her clothing checked.
